Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with M365 and Azure, hybrid identity, DNS/DHCP, networking, servers, virtualization, and storage.
• Experience using scripting or automation to improve infrastructure operations.
• Experience working in a multi-site organization and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel 15-20% to other facilities; hybrid on-site schedule 3-4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Operate across servers, networking, cloud, identity, and DevOps and own infrastructure problems end-to-end.
• Design and implement standardized, scalable, and well-documented infrastructure.
• Build automation and IaC to reduce manual effort and outages.
• Lead cross-functional projects, migrations, upgrades, and standardization efforts.
