Job summary

JPMorganChase in Utah is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer III to contribute to the Neovest Technology team. You will apply strong infrastructure engineering knowledge to manage deployments, reliability, and scaling across Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities include configuring releases, supporting production and non-production environments, and driving capacity analysis using AI with strict validation and security awareness.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts with practical application.
• Experience operating and troubleshotting infrastructure on Windows and/or Linux servers, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Strong attention to change management, runbooks, and release procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration, operational changes, and application/platform releases across production and lower environments.
• Operate and support production reliability through day-to-day support and incident troubleshooting.
• Manage and support user endpoint devices and applications, including provisioning and VDI/virtual desktops.
• Apply problem-solving to moderate-scope initiatives focused on data and systems at scale with monitoring and escalation as needed.
• Drive capacity remediation and use AI to accelerate monitoring and documentation while ensuring security compliance.
• Review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation and ensure resiliency and auditability.
