Ideal candidates have 10+ years in enterprise compute, storage, and cloud environments, with strong scripting and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 10 years of technical experience in enterprise server, storage, or cloud environments with at least two years in a senior or principal level role.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise compute systems, storage arrays, hyperconverged infrastructure, cloud services, and virtualization.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Proficiency with network topologies, protocols, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Ability to lead and mentor infrastructure engineers; advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement secure, resilient, scalable infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, network, cloud).
• Design, implement, and maintain hosting infrastructure aligned with business goals and roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and manage mid-to-large projects.
• Collaborate with technical architects to ensure strategic, compliant designs.
• Provide leadership and project management while delivering multiple priorities.
