Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of enterprise infra experience, strong networking and Windows server skills, and the ability to automate and document processes for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of enterprise infrastructure experience in a medium to large environment.
• Strong networking, Windows server environments, and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Office apps and Azure Entra ID basics.
• Ability to automate processes and operate under pressure with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and troubleshoot network and infrastructure architectures including LAN/WAN and secure remote access.
• Support hybrid infrastructure operations with architecture, engineering, and admin teams.
• Optimize Windows server and infrastructure environments to improve reliability and performance.
• Use monitoring tools to isolate weaknesses and provide metrics for leadership.
• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure configurations and audit readiness.
• Plan patching, upgrades, and lifecycle updates for infrastructure.
• Develop automation via scripting to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Coordinate with platform owners for backup, monitoring, and storage readiness.
