Job summary

• Ability to plan, implement and support scalable IT services.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Ensure changes follow standards, procedures, and compliance.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements for reliability.
• Provide L3 technical support for incidents and changes.
• Assist in DR drills and capacity planning.
