Job summary

Apptad Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in supporting cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. The role involves hands-on administration of Linux/VDI, Windows Server, and MuleSoft connectivity for banking network integrations.

You will design, deploy, and manage cloud resources, optimize costs, implement security controls, and ensure observability with monitoring tooling. Collaboration across IT Services and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with managing an integrated computing environment, networked environments and network storage solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security protocols.
• Experience with middleware and infrastructure.
• Ability to operate within a collaborative team framework across IT Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Augment client's infra team to support Salesforce integrations.
• Experience in Azure VDI & Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Support MuleSoft connectivity and bank network integration; set up monitoring and observability.
• Manage Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, including VMs, storage and networking.
• Provide Windows Server administration, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Configure systems based on approved designs and security policies.
• Monitor resource usage and propose enhancements to system performance.
• Document infrastructure for users, support and developers.
• Plan upgrades and introduce new IT solutions to support the business.
