Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Systems – Collaboration to drive the development, deployment, and governance of portfolio tools like Linear and Airtable within the DET organization. You will partner with engineering and business teams to design scalable workflows and integrations that support enterprise planning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience developing, managing, and administering Linear and/or Airtable.
• Experience supporting collaboration and productivity systems at enterprise scale.
• Strong background building integrations and automations (APIs, webhooks, scripting).
• Proven ability to design scalable data models, permission structures, and workflow configurations.
• Experience with REST APIs and automation scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, configuration, and ongoing administration of portfolio management tools (Linear, Airtable) across DET.
• Lead the rollout and scaling of new platform capabilities, from initial launch through enterprise-wide adoption.
• Design and build integrations, automations, and custom workflows connecting Linear, Airtable, and adjacent systems.
• Develop integrations between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
• Automate user provisioning, lifecycle management, and operational processes.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and reusable tooling.
• Establish governance standards, including permissions, data models, naming conventions, and usage policies.
• Partner with engineering leaders, program managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
