Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with backend systems, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
• Proficient in Go, Python, Typescript, or Ruby.
• Deep experience architecting secure cloud solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Observability tools like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• SQL/PostgreSQL and data warehousing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: design secure, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure on public clouds.
• System Optimization: improve performance for highly-trafficked services.
• CI/CD Evolution: evolve CI/CD pipelines in a multi-service environment.
• Infrastructure Management: upgrade and change infra using IaC.
• Observability: monitor with DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Documentation & Standards: maintain runbooks and architecture diagrams.
• Mentorship: guide engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Agility: move fast with startup mindset.
