Job summary

Salesforce in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Systems - Collaboration to own the architecture, configuration, and management of portfolio tools like Linear and Airtable across DET, partnering with engineering and business teams.

You will design integrations, automate provisioning, enforce governance, monitor health, and contribute to platform strategy, roadmap, and enablement resources.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in systems administration, infrastructure, or platform roles.
• Hands-on experience with Linear and/or Airtable.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale collaboration systems with governance.
• Experience building integrations and automation between SaaS tools and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, configuration, and admin of portfolio tools (Linear, Airtable) across DET.
• Lead rollout and scaling of platform capabilities enterprise-wide.
• Design and build integrations and automations connecting Linear, Airtable, and adjacent systems.
• Develop integrations between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
• Automate user provisioning, lifecycle management, and operational processes.
• Improve operational efficiency through reusable tooling and automation.
• Establish governance standards including permissions and data models across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to translate requirements into configurations.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Evaluate new tools and features; contribute to platform strategy and roadmap.
• Create documentation, training materials, and enablement resources.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and administrators.
