Power3 Solutions is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Columbia, MD with TS/SCI clearance. The role leads enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, network, and identity services, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability for classified networks.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience and deep expertise in Cisco UCS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware/Nutanix virtualization, with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
• Expert-level Cisco UCS knowledge and lifecycle management.
• Strong experience with VMware/vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, Nutanix for mission-critical workloads.
• Advanced experience in enterprise networking, security, and architecture modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure and ensure reliability, security, and scalability across classified networks.
• Design, implement, administer, and maintain compute, storage, network, virtualization, and identity platforms.
• Develop engineering standards, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
• Mentor infrastructure personnel and lead complex projects with cross-functional teams.
