Job summary

Trilliant Health is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team in Brentwood, TN. You will maintain and evolve the company’s infrastructure across Windows, macOS, Linux, Azure, and on‑prem environments, while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.

You’ll design, implement, and manage network and endpoint infrastructure, automate tasks, and collaborate with software teams on CI/CD and integrations. This role requires strong scripting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems and/or network administration experience.
• Experience supporting hybrid Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across Windows, macOS, Linux, Azure, and on-prem environments.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and QoS.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, security updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Automate administrative tasks through scripting and modern DevOps tools.
• Manage endpoint devices using MDM platforms including Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, or Addigy.
• Support identity and privileged access management initiatives.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams on infrastructure, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Support cloud and virtualization technologies while helping scale our growing environment.
• Assist with hardware/software lifecycle management, vendor relationships, and IT budgeting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and system standards.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical infrastructure.
