Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure preferred.
• Extensive experience engineering and supporting enterprise backup and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, operate, and enhance backup, data protection, storage, and virtual server infrastructure.
• Serve as a senior engineer for the enterprise backup and data protection service.
• Design, implement, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize backup and recovery platforms.
• Develop backup policies, retention strategies, and recovery procedures.
• Support disaster recovery, cyber-recovery, and data resiliency capabilities.
• Monitor and optimize backup infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Provide engineering support for VMware and Nutanix hosting environments.
• Advance automation, monitoring, and documentation to raise reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field

10 years of experience preferred
