• 5+ years Infrastructure Engineering across virtualization, storage, networking, and Windows Server.
• Microsoft Hyper-V experiences: Failover Clustering, Live Migration, Storage Spaces/S2D, Hyper-V Virtual Switch, SET.
• PowerShell for automation, host configuration, WMI inventory.
• Full-stack performance auditing, optimization, capacity planning.
• Storage performance analysis, benchmarking, capacity planning, storage policy design.
• Hardware BOM evaluation: CPU/memory ratios, storage I/O, network throughput, overcommit.
• Automation & Configuration Management: PowerShell DSC, SCCM, Ansible or equivalent.
• CI/CD & Configuration-as-Code: Infrastructure automation and process improvement.
• Technical Leadership: design reviews, guidance, peer review, documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/CE/IS or related field.
