Job summary

Reveleer is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own the reliability and security of a hybrid cloud environment, driving automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will design and implement intelligent infrastructure, integrate MCP-based tooling, and partner with DevOps, security, and software teams to align IT investments with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration with hybrid cloud ownership.
• Experience implementing AI tools or LLM-powered workflows in IT operations (prompt engineering, API integration, or agent orchestration).
• Strong API fluency: building/maintaining REST APIs with Python/PowerShell and version control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Azure cloud services.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewall management.
• Healthcare IT or regulated environment experience (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud infrastructure and system administration with focus on automation and AI-enabled tooling.
• Manage Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, Group Policy, and authentication/access control.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 suite and endpoint management (Intune).
• Support Azure cloud, hybrid connectivity, and PaaS workloads.
• Collaborate with security to ensure HIPAA/HITRUST/NIST compliance across systems.
• Design AI-powered automation workflows for IT operations and incident response.
