Job summary

Reveleer seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to own and advance our hybrid IT infrastructure, automation, and AI-enabled operations.

You will lead MCP-based integrations, build AI-driven workflows, manage Azure AD/Entra ID, and ensure security/compliance across Microsoft 365 and endpoint management. This role collaborates with DevOps, security, and product teams in a regulated health‑tech environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration in hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools or LLM-powered workflows in IT operations.
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and endpoints.
• Strong API fluency: REST API integrations using Python or PowerShell.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Azure services.
• Experience with Intune endpoint management.
• Networking fundamentals and firewall management.
• Healthcare IT or regulated environment experience (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Administer macOS, Windows 10/11, Windows Server with automation.
• Manage Azure AD/Entra ID, CA policies, and Domain Services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune; support Azure cloud infra.
• Support hybrid networking, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Collaborate with security to ensure HIPAA/HITRUST/NIST compliance.
• Implement AI-powered automation workflows and MCP integrations.
• Develop REST/GraphQL API integrations and automation libraries.
• Provide Tier 3 infrastructure support and disaster recovery planning.
