Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the MetalDev RAS team within Hardware Engineering Dev. You will coach infrastructure and SRE engineers, own reliability metrics, and drive incident management culture while balancing hands-on tech leadership with people leadership.

You will ensure high performance and resilience of CoreWeave’s GPU server fleet at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to set technical direction and operational

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience (first-line)7+ years in cloud operations, SRE, or related rolesStrong understanding of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and bare-metal infraSolid grounding in incident management frameworks (ITIL, SRE)Experience leading Go or similar systems language projectsExperience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana
• Experience building reliable, scalable infrastructure and leading on-call culture

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of infra/SRE engineers for reliability and ownership
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs; drive operational excellence
• Champion system observability and proactive performance tuning
• Oversee automation to reduce toil across hardware lifecycles
• Guide cross-functional collaboration on platform reliability and DR
