Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, networks, hosting and security domains.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts and outsourced services.
• Proven record delivering resilient, high-availability infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead teams through change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure service performance, availability and continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier and partner relationships, including strategic partners such as BT.
• Manage contracts, SLAs and commercial performance.
• Drive modernisation of infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Digital, Innovation and operational stakeholders.
