Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Manager to advance digital delivery performance within the Infrastructure BOU. You will connect digital strategy to project execution, promoting adoption of BIM, VDC, CDE governance, and model-based workflows to improve coordination, data-driven decision making, and client value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive governance, monitor delivery health, and shape practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Certifications related to BIM, project management, digital delivery, platform administration, or information management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital delivery strategies to improve coordination, information management, quality, and delivery consistency across Infrastructure projects.
• Advance adoption of BIM, VDC, CDE and model-based workflows to boost project outcomes.
• Serve as vendor liaison for Autodesk and Bentley Systems.
• Translate priorities into clear, repeatable delivery processes and standards.
