Job summary

Stantec seeks a Digital Practice Specialist – BIM/VDC to drive digital delivery, BIM workflows, and model-based design across transportation and infrastructure projects. You will guide DPxP development, governance, and interoperability using Bentley and Autodesk platforms to ensure high-quality delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll mentor teams, run technical workshops, and advance SOPs while aligning with ISO-aligned information management practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure digital delivery, BIM, major projects.
• PE designation preferred.
• Experience with Bentley and Autodesk digital delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital delivery workflows on large transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Support DPxP, BIM execution strategies, and project digital delivery requirements.
• Establish governance, standards, and model management processes.
