Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Practice Support Leader for Major Projects within the Infrastructure Digital Practice. Flexible/hybrid location with responsibilities spanning digital delivery coordination, technical advisory services, and project execution planning for complex infrastructure work.

The role reports to the Senior Digital Delivery Manager and involves mentoring staff, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, and developing technical guidance and training resources to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, geospatial science, construction technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate major project digital delivery and align IDP resources with project objectives.
• Provide guidance on digital execution planning, workflow setup, and delivery readiness for complex infrastructure programs.
• Advise project teams on delivery strategy, digital workflow adoption, and risk escalation for major projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, geospatial science, construction technology, or a related field
