Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join the Region Delivery team. You will own end-to-end delivery of new compute regions—from hardware handover to production readiness—coordinating across hardware, networking, capacity, and platform engineering under tight timelines.

Lead multiple engineering teams, maintain clear ownership, and drive automation and structured status updates to keep stakeholders informed during deployments. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical projects or engineering teams in infrastructure, cloud, or datacenter environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of region and GPU cluster deployment projects from kickoff through production handover.
• Coordinate capacity acceptance: quotas, monitoring, sign-off before customers.
• Coordinate acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking, GPU teams; clarify test ownership.
• Act as escalation point during live deployments and resolve blockers with on-call teams.
• Define contracts and responsibilities to reduce cross-team friction.
• Drive automation for repetitive deployment and testing tasks.
• Provide clear, high-signal status communications to stakeholders.
