Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Key Customers Solutions Architect to support major GPU Cloud customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping design, deploy, and scale AI solutions while managing large-scale GPU workloads and coordinating with sales and product teams.

You’ll engage with customers across Europe remotely, driving customer satisfaction and product alignment. 5–10+ years in cloud/AI roles and strong IaC, Kubernetes, and Python skills are expected for success.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in roles like Cloud Solutions Architect, TAC, or Customer Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key Nebius GPU Cloud customers.
• Help design, deploy, and scale AI solutions with large GPU workloads.
• Collaborate with sales/product teams to identify opportunities and present solutions.
• Bridge to product teams, relay feedback and feature requests, ensure alignment.
• Negotiate with stakeholders and drive alignment to resolve customer challenges.
