Qualifications

• Extensive experience planning, overseeing, and managing complex infrastructure and/or technology projects.
• Experience managing projects with hardware, software, networks, and enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to lead third-party vendors, systems integrators, and delivery teams.
• Strong ability to work in a matrixed environment with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure and technology projects from initiation through implementation and transition to operations.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, governance, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project charters, detailed plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and systems integrators.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements for projects.
• Track performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards.
