Job summary

WSP seeks a Project Contract Manager in Boston to oversee commercial and project controls across energy infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with project teams, legal, and finance to integrate schedule, cost, and risk management into strong commercial outcomes from pre-award through construction and closeout.

You will lead pricing, manage risks, handle contract changes/claims, and work with legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in contract change management, claims analysis, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong project controls, cost forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and project controls oversight from start-up to closeout.
• Develop pricing for work products and manage risks/contingencies.
• Lead contract change and claims management and resolution.
• Engage WSP legal counsel as required.
• Lead negotiations for prime task orders and amendments.
• Develop SOW proposals and ensure contract workflow efficiency.
• Maintain audit files for each contract and monitor key commercial metrics.
