Job summary

Based in the Commercial Management Group, you will oversee contract compliance, documentation, communications, and issue resolution across pre-award, award, and construction phases, partnering with the project team. You will integrate best practices in schedule, cost, and risk, work with legal and finance, and help the team achieve strong commercial outcomes while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, legal studies or business management or related field.
• 10+ years of infrastructure capital projects experience.
• Expertise in construction contract change management, claims analysis, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong project controls, cost forecasting, schedule analysis, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience controlling project costs and risk exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex information.
• Detail oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced env.
• Proven track record of safety policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and project controls oversight from start-up to closeout.
• Develop pricing for work product and manage risks and contingencies.
• Manage changes and claims proactively.
• Engage with legal counsel as required.
• Advise on project staffing and setups aligned with client controls.
• Support development of SOW proposals and contract close-out procedures.
• Lead negotiation of prime task orders and amendments.
• Interpret contracts to identify requirements, insurance, and flow-downs.
• Maintain contract workflow with program leaders and improve processes.
• Support procurement, RFQs, proposals, and contractor correspondence.
