Job summary

Gemaire Distributors seeks an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead planning, delivery, and governance of the company’s network, cloud, and security stack. You will own Azure environments, drive change management, and align IT with business risk and continuity objectives.

Responsibilities include disaster recovery planning, incident response, and ensuring documentation, standards, and cost controls across global locations with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 2+ candidates with Azure and cloud experience preferred.
• 3+ years leading technical teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of network and infrastructure projects.
• Develop scopes, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive lifecycle management of infrastructure assets with documentation and change communication.
• Align infrastructure with IT strategy, security requirements, and risk reduction.
• Define and enforce operational standards and runbooks across teams.
• Establish change management framework with auditable processes.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.
• Own Azure environment governance, cost management, and security controls.
• Lead incident response efforts for network, cloud, and security events.
• Oversee security tooling and compliance posture.
