Job summary

Gemaire Distributors is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and governance of our network and cloud environments, with a strong focus on Azure, security, and disaster recovery. You will drive change management, standardization, and incident response across multiple locations and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in Network Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, or related field.
• 3+ years leadership/management of technical teams.
• Hands-on Azure administration experience.
• Experience with change management and audit readiness.
• Experience supporting distributed environments with multiple locations.
• Azure certifications preferred (AZ-104/AZ-305).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of network and infrastructure projects.
• Develop project scopes, implementation plans, timelines, resource plans, rollback plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive additions, upgrades, lifecycle replacements, migrations, and decommissions of IT assets with documentation and communication.
• Align infrastructure priorities with business needs, IT strategy, security requirements, and risk reduction.
• Define, document, and enforce standards, procedures, runbooks, and best practices across teams.
• Build and maintain a change management framework with auditable changes.
• Establish processes for configuration management, patching, capacity planning, backup validation, DR readiness, monitoring, and documentation.
• Conduct regular audits and drive corrective actions.
• Own Azure environment including governance, cost management, security alignment, and roadmap planning.
• Lead cloud migration, optimization, and modernization initiatives.
• Monitor Azure for performance, availability, cost, and security; automate where practical.
• Own security tooling lifecycle and incident response involvement.
• Lead Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
• Oversee network, server, cloud, and security operations; ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget/asset management.
• Support incident response and act as technical lead during disruptions.
