LTM is seeking an Infrastructure Architect in Irving, TX, hybrid on-site three days a week. The role focuses on designing scalable, secure infrastructure across networking, storage, compute, and cloud platforms, while aligning with applications and business goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption, optimize resources, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery. A strong background in data security and modern architectures is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, architecture, and operation.
• Extensive knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, cloud technologies, databases, compute and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of high performance, scalable infrastructure.
• Create architectural designs aligned with application requirements and security.
• Guide cloud adoption, migration strategies, and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with security to ensure access control, encryption, and segmentation.
• Evaluate performance and drive cost-effective infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.
