Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Platform Engineer in Irving, TX, hybrid work arrangement (3 days on site). The role focuses on hands-on engineering, architecture, and operations for data-in-motion platforms, including Messaging, BPM, Streaming, and ETL services, ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions.

You will define technical strategy, develop automation, and lead stakeholder engagement while maintaining runbooks and incident triage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience translating business needs into technical requirements for platform patterns.
Deep understanding of platform security principles and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

Contribute to technical strategy and design of scalable enterprise platforms.
Develop service automations for provisioning, configuration management, and release engineering.
Support testing and troubleshooting of engineered services, runbooks, and initial triage.
Establish and enforce guidelines, performance benchmarks, and best practices for operational excellence.
Collaborate across teams on cross-domain initiatives.
