Job summary

TWG Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to modernize and scale a hybrid infrastructure environment. This role focuses on Azure hybrid cloud, Dell HCI or virtualization, and implementing infrastructure automation for reliability and security.

We're looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, operational management of Windows and SQL servers, and a strong background in disaster recovery. Remote work is available with some on-site responsibilities preferred in Amarillo, Dallas, or Houston.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience with Dell HCI, VMware/Nutanix, or similar environments.
• Operational ownership of Windows Server and SQL Server.
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup validation, and monitoring.
• PowerShell scripting skills preferred.
