Job summary

Oshkosh Defense is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to own service delivery within the global infrastructure, acting as a SME across multiple domains including DBA, Server, Data Network, Voice Network, Storage, and Application Platforms.

The role requires strong problem-solving with minimal supervision and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus five years in IT. Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in Information Technology, or in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing medium to high complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business (RTB) support, and Incident Service Requests of the assigned global infrastructure area.
• Provide solutions for both RTB and project efforts of medium to high complexity.
• Serve as a project resource on application and infrastructure project efforts representing functional capabilities.
• Assist with gathering requirements, creating recommendations, and implementing solutions to meet project requirements.
• Provide knowledge sharing as SME, including writing complex knowledge articles and mentoring.
