Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation invites senior technology leaders to oversee one or more core infrastructure disciplines including Network, Server & Storage, Identity, Database & Cloud, or Digital Workplace at our Oshkosh, WI headquarters.

As Sr Director of Infrastructure, you will shape enterprise strategy, drive cost efficiency, champion modernization, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and architects in a Fortune 500 technology environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
12+ years of enterprise technology leadership experience.
8+ years leading managers, architects or senior engineering teams.
Experience across cloud, networking, IAM, or digital workplace.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more infrastructure disciplines (Network, Server/Storage, IAM, Database/Cloud or Digital Workplace).
Translate business priorities into technology investments and architecture decisions.
Drive infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Ensure availability, security, compliance, and cost governance across services.
Develop succession planning and leadership capability within the team.
