Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks an Infrastructure AI/ML Engineer to lead the Agentic AI Infrastructure for memory design, characterization, and yield optimization in Austin, TX. You will collaborate with memory designers and DFT experts to build advanced AI workflows that improve PPA and yield across embedded memories.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in memory design, DFT, and yield analysis, with a Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering and strong multi‑agent AI expertise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in memory design, DFT, and yield analysis.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience architecting AI workflows and multi‑agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and scale distributed multi‑agent AI frameworks for memory workflows.
• Coordinate autonomous agent executions across memory design, bring‑up, and yield analysis.
• Integrate LLM-driven pipelines with EDA tools and enterprise data sources.
• Develop ML models to classify scan failures and correlate with DFT structures.
• Incorporate high‑dimensional data to predict yield excursions before assembly.
