Job summary

Broadcom, based in Austin, TX, seeks an Infrastructure AI/ML Engineer for memory design, characterization, and yield optimization. You will lead Agentic AI workflows that collaborate with memory designers and DFT experts to optimize performance, power, area, and yield.

You will architect distributed AI frameworks, deploy multi-agent executions across design phases, and integrate LLM-driven pipelines with EDA suites and internal tools. Strong Python/TCL, Docker, and Kubernetes skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and characterizing embedded memory in advanced tech nodes.
• Experience with multi-agent AI workflows and EDA toolchains.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and TCL for automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy distributed multi-agent AI frameworks for memory design workflows.
• Orchestrate autonomous agent executions across design, bring-up, and yield analysis.
• Integrate LLM pipelines with core EDA tools and enterprise data sources.
• Develop ML models to classify scan failures and relate to DFT structures.
• Model yield using high-dimensional data to predict excursions before assembly.
