Job summary

NLB Services seeks an Infrastructure Client Engagement Leader to own and grow strategic client accounts in a large-scale technology delivery environment. This senior role combines infrastructure delivery, end-to-end ownership, client relationship management, and growth responsibilities.

You will lead global delivery teams, manage financials, governance, and transformation opportunities, and engage senior executives to expand services and drive value for key accounts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Infrastructure Account Delivery / Client Engagement / Account Management.
• Strong background in enterprise infrastructure delivery and operations.
• Proven ownership of large, complex infrastructure accounts from operational, financial, and client perspective.
• Experience managing P&L and/or significant commercial responsibilities.
• Leadership of large delivery organizations, 50+ resources, onsite and offshore.
• Track record of account expansion and transformation-led growth within customers.
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and operations of strategic infrastructure accounts, including financial and commercial performance.
• Manage and govern P&L, budgets, margins, revenue, forecasts, resource utilization, and commercial commitments.
• Lead large-scale infrastructure production support and operations teams, ensuring service stability, quality, and SLA adherence.
• Provide strategic oversight across infrastructure domains including cloud, networking, middleware, cybersecurity, automation, end-user services, and emerging tech like AI.
• Lead global delivery organizations with large distributed teams onsite and offshore.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior technology executives; engage executive stakeholders.
• Drive opportunities to expand existing accounts with new services and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to develop and convert account growth opportunities.
• Translate customer challenges into strategic infrastructure roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Drive service improvement, automation, standardization, and operational excellence to improve cost, quality, and resilience.
• Establish and maintain service delivery governance with KPIs, SLAs, and risk management.
• Provide thought leadership on infrastructure modernization while maintaining execution discipline.
• Lead and develop senior delivery leaders and large infrastructure teams.
• Ensure delivery practices align with ITIL, security, compliance, and regulatory standards in banking/FS.
