We are seeking Infrastructure Client Engagement Leaders to own and grow strategic client accounts within a large-scale technology delivery environment.
This is not a Technical Manager, Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or basic Delivery Manager role. The position requires a senior leader who can combine infrastructure delivery expertise, end-to-end account ownership, client relationship management, commercial accountability, and business growth.
The successful candidate will use strong delivery performance, technical thought leadership, operational excellence, and strategic relationship management to build client trust, identify transformation opportunities, and expand the account.
The role carries responsibility for account delivery, financial/P&L management, commercial governance, service quality, executive stakeholder engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery and operations of strategic infrastructure accounts, including financial and commercial performance.
- Manage and govern P&L, budgets, margins, revenue, forecasts, resource utilization, and commercial commitments.
- Lead large-scale infrastructure production support and operations teams, ensuring service stability, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Provide strategic oversight across infrastructure domains including cloud, networking, middleware, cybersecurity, automation, end-user/infrastructure services, and emerging technologies such as AI.
- Lead global delivery organizations and manage large, distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite, CIO/CTO organizations, senior technology executives, and other key client stakeholders.
- Act as a senior escalation point for critical service issues and customer concerns, driving resolution and restoring client confidence.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, including new services, transformation initiatives, technology modernization, and additional delivery scope.
- Partner with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to develop and convert account growth and business development opportunities.
- Translate customer business and technology challenges into strategic infrastructure solutions and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive service improvement, automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives that improve cost, quality, productivity, resiliency, and customer experience.
- Establish and maintain strong service delivery governance, including KPIs, SLAs, operational reviews, financial reviews, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Provide thought leadership on infrastructure modernization and transformation while maintaining strong execution and operational discipline.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior delivery leaders and large infrastructure teams.
- Ensure delivery practices align with relevant ITIL, security, compliance, regulatory, and industry standards, particularly within banking and financial services environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience in Infrastructure Account Delivery / Client Engagement / Account Management leadership within a large technology services or systems integration organization.
- Strong technical background in enterprise infrastructure delivery and operations.
- Demonstrated ownership of large, complex infrastructure accounts from an operational, financial, commercial, and client relationship perspective.
- Proven experience managing P&L and/or significant commercial responsibilities, including revenue, margins, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Previous leadership of large delivery organizations, ideally 50+ resources, including onsite and offshore/global teams.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end account operations and service delivery rather than individual projects or programs.
- Demonstrated success in account expansion, revenue growth, cross-selling, upselling, or transformation-led business development within existing customers.

- Ability to engage effectively with senior client executives and influence strategic technology decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical thought leadership and strategic transformation guidance while maintaining strong execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience is required or strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with middleware platforms and enterprise integration technologies.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and resilience requirements within financial services.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience leading infrastructure modernization or digital transformation programs.
- ITIL, PMP, or relevant infrastructure/service management certifications.
