Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of CTMS modernization initiatives across Application, Infrastructure, and AI Enablement workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams; ensure alignment with architecture, financial, and operational objectives.
• Maintain clear communications with stakeholders; manage risks, dependencies, and vendor/MSP relationships; ensure milestones and governance.
