Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive estimating experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• Civil, Structural, and/or Architectural estimating experience required.
• Experience with estimating software such as UNIFIER and On-Screen Takeoff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all activities of the estimating team.
• Serve as primary estimating liaison with program management.
• Provide cost estimates for various project phases.
