Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating.
• Experience with projects valued up to $250 million.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents for large projects.
• Establish critical path schedules and complete quantity take-offs.
• Liaise with external consultants to estimate project budget requirements.
