Qualifications

• Kubernetes expert with deep knowledge beyond deployment.
• Experience with Pulumi or Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions across multi-cluster setups.
• Ability to think in failure modes and design for incident response.
• Understand how a contract impacts infra compliance and legal constraints.
• DevOps/infrastructure core with full-stack capability and strong debugging.
• 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-cluster, multi-region deployments across AWS/GCP/Azure with failover.
• Build internal tools to create and manage clusters for consistent dev‑to‑prod pipelines.
• Design strategy balancing cost, performance, and reliability for ML vs API workloads.
• Ensure security: RBAC, identity, secrets, data residency, and audit trails.
• Define honest SLOs/SLIs and enforceable targets.
• Own pipelines using GitHub Actions and Pulumi for IaC.
• Maintain Docker environments across development, staging, and production.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve speed and reduce toil.
• Own uptime with observability and incident response.
• Lead postmortems and share learnings to prevent recurrence.
