Job summary

Everlywell is hiring an Engineering Manager, Infrastructure to lead IT Operations, DevOps/Platform Engineering, and Security Engineering. You will own infrastructure, cloud operations, and internal tooling that enable product teams to ship quickly and securely.

You will grow engineers, drive security controls, automation, incident response, and ensure IT help desk SLAs while maintaining SOC 2, HITRUST, and HIPAA alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Infrastructure, DevOps or Security roles.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on with secure cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Infrastructure, Security, and IT teams.
• Own AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for reliability and security.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Docker).
• Drive adoption of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Define and track SLOs/SLIs for key services.
• Support HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST compliance programs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Compliance and Product teams.
