amwell inc is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Engineering Architecture team. This critical role involves supporting key infrastructure within Amwell's data center and cloud environments, focusing on automation and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Linux systems, Infrastructure-as-Code, and hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as AWS and Azure. The position provides great benefits, such as flexible PTO and healthcare packages.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience managing Linux-based systems. Certifications are a plus.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tools.
• Experience managing identity solutions including LDAP and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Support production systems on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with peers as a supportive member of the technology team.
