Job summary

Aderant is seeking a Manager, Information Security to lead security operations and incident response for its global environment. You will own cloud security across AWS and Azure, drive threat detection, and oversee vulnerability management while building a high-performing team.

You will partner with IT, Engineering, and Product to embed security into applications and infrastructure, advancing posture and incident readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience with a minimum of 3 years in security operations, incident response, or threat detection.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing or leading a security team, including hiring and performance management.
• Hands-on experience securing and monitoring public cloud environments (AWS and Azure) with cloud logging and telemetry, IAM, and cloud-native security services.
• Experience with cloud security posture management and remediating misconfigurations at scale in production.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, and CSPM tools (CrowdStrike preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including status updates to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations and incident response for global environment.
• Own cloud security operations across production AWS and Azure environments.
• Develop, implement, and mature incident response plans, playbooks, and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor, develop, and lead security analysts and engineers; manage on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Product to embed security into products and infrastructure.
