Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a senior leader to drive planning, integration, and advancement of information warfare capabilities that support operational readiness, training, and mission execution. You will serve as a senior advisor, guiding multidisciplinary efforts, developing operational concepts and technical approaches, and delivering expert briefings to senior stakeholders.

You will support analysis, doctrine development, readiness evaluations, and continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance required
• 20 years of experience in Information Warfare, including 10+ in last 12 years
• Demonstrated leadership on complex operational/tech initiatives
• Experience developing operational concepts, TTPs, strategic plans, docs, and exec briefings
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across orgs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership and SME in information warfare planning, operations, and capability integration
• Develop and evaluate operational concepts, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Conduct mission and capability analyses to support readiness and mission effectiveness
• Prepare technical reports, white papers, briefings, and recommendations
• Participate in meetings and planning sessions with government and industry stakeholders
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and support process improvement initiatives
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting
• Support strategic planning and technology integration initiatives
