Job summary

Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated (KCK) in Norfolk, VA seeks a Navy Information Warfare Subject Matter Expert III to provide senior technical leadership across information warfare domains. You will guide planning, concept development, and capability integration with senior stakeholders, delivering strategic analyses and executive briefings.

Required are a TS/SCI clearance, 20+ years IW experience, and a track record leading multidisciplinary teams in complex DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required with adjudication finalized.
• 20+ years of Information Warfare experience across EW, CRY, C2, INTEL, or Space Ops.
• At least 10 years of this experience in the last 12 years.
• Ability to lead complex operational or technology initiatives and deliver exec-level briefings.
• Experience supporting doctrine, TTPs, readiness assessments, and program planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership in planning, integration, and advancement of IW capabilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate efforts across organizations.
• Develop operational concepts, tactics, and procedures; prepare technical documentation.
• Support readiness evaluations, capability development, and process improvement.
• Prepare reports, white papers, and briefings for senior stakeholders.
