Job summary

Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated (KCK) is seeking a senior Navy Information Warfare Subject Matter Expert III in Norfolk, Virginia. The role provides technical and strategic leadership across information warfare domains, supporting DoD Navy customers and multi-agency stakeholders.

With a TS/SCI clearance and 20+ years in EW, CRY, C2, INTEL, and Space Operations, you will guide doctrine, TTPs, and briefs, coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams, and drive readiness and capability development for

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 20+ years in information warfare mission areas.
• 10+ years experience within last 12 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience developing operational concepts, TTPs, and executive briefings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership in information warfare planning, operations, and capability integration.
• Develop and evaluate operational concepts, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Conduct mission, capability, and operational analyses to support readiness and mission effectiveness.
• Prepare technical reports, white papers, briefings, recommendations, and other project documentation.
• Participate in technical meetings, working groups, planning sessions, and collaborative forums with government and industry stakeholders.
• Analyze training and operational performance data to identify capability gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support planning, execution, and assessment of operational training and mission readiness activities.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support strategic planning, process improvement, and technology integration initiatives.
