Job summary

HELIOS Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Information Warfare Integration Lead to support a mission-critical defense program. This role requires leading multi-disciplinary IW efforts, translating operational experience into concepts, doctrine, and training products, and coordinating with senior government stakeholders.

The candidate will establish goals and execution plans, oversee staffing and financials, and ensure alignment with joint and naval strategies.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years of experience in one or more Fleet or Navy Information Warfare mission areas.
• At least ten (10) years of required experience within the preceding twelve years.
• Expert-level technical and operational knowledge in Information Warfare.
• Experience leading major tasks, programs, or operational assignments.
• Experience establishing goals, plans, milestones, and execution priorities.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, staffing, financial, performance, and quality requirements.
• Experience developing concepts of operations, doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Experience supporting advanced operational training, readiness assessments, exercises, wargames, or experimentation.
• Ability to independently participate in and lead working groups, conferences, planning sessions, and senior-level engagements.
• Ability to prepare professional white papers, briefings, reports, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management leadership for major tasks and projects.
• Establish goals, plans, methods, milestones, and execution priorities.
• Direct and integrate activities across Information Warfare disciplines.
• Maintain familiarity with related disciplines such as IOC, DODIN, and meteorology/oceanography.
• Support development and revision of concepts of operations, doctrine, and procedures.
• Ensure IW concepts align with joint and naval strategies.
• Conduct analyses supporting training and operational requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and readiness gaps.
• Develop training requirements, performance measures, and readiness metrics.
• Support planning, development, and delivery of advanced training at various levels.
• Support live, virtual, constructive training and wargaming activities.
• Prepare and maintain project objectives, schedules, and milestones.
• Develop briefings, white papers, and senior-level presentations.
• Coordinate with military organizations and government stakeholders.
• Comply with security, OPSec, privacy, and information-protection requirements.
