Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a senior technical leader to guide the planning, integration, assessment, and advancement of information warfare capabilities, supporting operational readiness, training, concept development, and mission execution.

You will serve as a senior advisor, lead multidisciplinary efforts, develop operational concepts and tactical procedures, prepare technical reports and briefings, and provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance required.
20 years of experience in information warfare, including 10+ years in the last 12 years.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex initiatives.
Experience developing operational concepts, TTPs, and executive-level briefings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical leadership in information warfare planning, operations, and capability integration.
Develop and evaluate operational concepts, doctrine, TTPs.
Conduct mission analyses to support readiness and mission effectiveness.
Prepare technical reports, white papers, briefings, and recommendations.
Coordinate with government and industry stakeholders and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
