Job summary

HELIOS Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Cryptology / Cryptologic Warfare Subject Matter Expert to support a mission-critical defense program. You will provide deep operational expertise and help develop concepts, doctrine, and procedures to improve readiness and effectiveness, working across multiple Information Warfare disciplines.

On-site at a secure Government facility, with Monday–Friday core hours and periodic travel. The role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI eligibility; Interim clearances not accepted.
• Minimum ten years experience in Fleet/Navy Cryptology/Information Warfare mission areas.
• Experience developing concepts of operations, doctrine, tactics, and procedures.
• Ability to lead advanced training, exercise planning, and mission analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical and operational authority on Fleet and Navy Cryptology.
• Develop, validate, standardize cryptology concepts of operations and doctrine.
• Ensure training products align with joint/naval strategies and doctrine.
• Conduct readiness analyses for advanced training and requirements.
• Plan and deliver advanced cryptology training at multiple levels.
• Support live, virtual, and wargame training as required.
• Prepare briefings, white papers, and PO&M plans for leadership.
• Independently participate in technical meetings and workshops.
• Comply with security, OPSSEC, and information protection requirements.
