Job summary

HELIOS Defense Solutions is seeking a Senior Cryptology / Cryptologic Warfare Subject Matter Expert to support a mission-critical defense program. The role requires extensive fleet/Navy cryptology experience and leadership in doctrine, training, and operational effectiveness.

On-site at a secure Government facility, with periodic travel, and a focus on advancing information warfare capabilities. The candidate will develop concepts, refine procedures, and provide analytical products to improve

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Fleet/Navy Cryptology or Information Warfare.
• Experience developing concepts of operations, doctrine, and tactics.
• Ability to lead cross-discipline IW projects and training.
• Strong briefing, written communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical and operational authority on Fleet/Navy Cryptology and IW capabilities.
• Support development and refinement of cryptology concepts, doctrine, and TTPs.
• Ensure alignment of cryptology doctrine with joint and naval strategies.
• Conduct readiness analyses to support advanced training and requirements.
• Develop and deliver advanced cryptology training at multiple levels.
• Integrate cryptology with other Information Warfare disciplines.
